Get some started plants from Lowes, Home Depot, etc. You will be good to go yet. Also, there are venders here on THP shipping started plants.

and if you want to grow this season then follow skullbiker`s advice and go to the big box stores and buy some starts. they will be ready to plant in your garden or containers. good luck!

Don't wait, just buy a few plants and grow them. Even if you don't get ripe peppers, at least you gain the experience of what works and what doesn't.

Still not too late, though. I just planted 40 rockwool cubes of Baccatums two days ago and I am pretty sure that I will get pods from them this summer.
