Not Sure Where to Start

So this is my 2nd year growing, 1st year where I'm going to really be experimenting with making sauce. I tried a little bit last year, but I couldn't quite get anything right. Ended up with a lot of bad flavors, and the couple that I got right didn't last too long in the fridge.

So basically, I'm looking for a good basic sauce recipe(NOT fermented, although I may try that in the future) that I can mix and match peppers with for varying levels of heat, that will also last a while in the fridge. I know vinegar is the obvious one there, but I've also read turmeric can help as well as some vitamin C.

Just looking for guidance on the subject so any help is much appreciated!

 that's funny...but there are tons of people who know a while lot more than me, I just put it in writing in a couple spots.

Read through a bunch and you will see trends of ingredients and flavor pairings.

Good luck and have fun!

Sorry I took a couple of days to get back to you, but thank you! And I didn't even think to look at the stickies. Stupid me lol

I first started by following a recipe I found online. It worked okay, but I wanted to try my own flavours so I based my own sauce semi off of that recipe now I just wing everything. ;)
