Lemon Drop and Sugar Rush Peach Confirmation.

So I've never grew either of these, but the supposed Aji Lemon Drop is turning darkish, is that normal before yellow?

Also these Aji Sugar Rush Peach pods are not looking like the ones from the Baker Creek image. Is this normal or it's just a random pod and it happens?

I know it's nearly impossible to be certain before they are ripe, but those that have grown these varieties before should know what they look like in the early stages.

The Sugar Rush Peach I have grown in the past have been much rounder than yours in the pics. They still may be misshapen early pods so wait and see what the majority of the rest look like.

I agree, just looks like a suntan. The SRP is questionable but possible. FWIW I have yet to grow a seed from Baker Creek that turned out to be what it was supposed to be. I ordered over ten varieties a few years ago and not a single one grew true to what I expected.

That pic to me doesn't look like the right pod type either, I guess there are different phenos for these.

These seeds actually came from the reddit exchange, and not Baker Creek, I was just using their image. Although this year so far I think most of my seeds from them have been correct, the only thing I can say for sure is the Beni Komada watermelon, the Aji Charpita is looking correct as well. I have a few other things that seem to be correct as well.

Lemon Drops sun tan...no big deal...dont sweat it.
 
The SRPs sure look like my SRPs from RFC. The calyx bleeding was news to me until i looked at lots more pics. Never noticed it before. I was under the impression they do have 2 SRP phenos. One being much more rounded and maybe more common in Sugar Rush Cream.

Well that's good to know. I sure caused a big fuss about it, maybe they took care of it.
