Brisket

Just finished a 7kg (15lb) brisket after 18 hours on the grill.

Had to get out my sushi knife just to slice the damned thing! It's the only knife I have that is long enough - 30cm (12in) blade.
 
Took some burnt ends apart and mixed in some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and some homemade chili-dill pickles to make a sandwich. Tasty.
