and I believe it is low in both fat and cholesterol
Not only that, but it cures cancer in lab rats AND has proven to LOWER bad cholesterol! (a.p.)

(you know if it says a.p. it must be true.)

That's sexy.

I was thinking the Turducken concept could be taken to extreme.

Stuff an ostrich with an emu stuffed with a turkey stuffed with a goose stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken stuffed with a squab stuffed with a quail stuffed with a sparrow stuffed with a humming bird.

What would ya call that?

You just don't like the bacon.
I was referring to this:

You could always use Turkey bacon.

I hate to point it out, but the reason "stuffing" is almost never used anymore, is that in order to cook the stuffing to a safe temperature, the bird has to be way overcooked.

So for the chicken or whatever TF to get cooked, the surrounding bird or birds must be cooked all to hell.

Sorry, I knew it was the most retarded thing I had ever seen when I saw the turduckin. Bacon may help, but just because bacon makes anything a little better.

How 'bout cooking the stuffing a bit first?

The raw juices from the turkey still get into the cooked stuffing, requiring it to be re-cooked.

Turkey is a WAY misundertood bird. You have to cook it enough, or it will make you sick. So people WAY overcook it. People eat it dry and overcooked because they think it is a tradition.

You need to cook a turkey to a TEMPERATURE, not a time.

Somewhere out there (forget which country) they stuff a camel with a goat with yadda yadda yadda...it takes like three days to cook over an open fire.
