Seed Identification?

A free bag of seeds was included with an order from a local vendor. It's hard to say what the seeds are but I can't figure out what these little black seeds are, does anyone know what they could be? Surely they can't be c. annuum, c. chinense or c. baccatum.

Black seeds are generally C. pubencens but usually as big as other species so I'm not positive?

The pic is out of focus so it's hard to see the texture. Those are most likely pubescens (rocoto) seeds, but just small. I have some Aji Oro seeds that are that small, though most in the bag are standard size. The other option is that a lot of times I get black seeds of annuums from people from time to time. You can attempt to germinate them and grow them out and once you have a flower you can get a positive ID on it, but I suspect they will not germinate without sanitizing the seed first. Usually unnamed free packs are substandard seed or old seed or stuff picked up off the floor that would be impossible to ID correctly.
