Dangler Made a Few Sauces Yesterday

From the Left ..... Caribbean (made with 6 Bonnets, Mango and lots of other stuff); Jalapeno (made with 12 Biker Billys and stuff); Jerk (made with Bonnets and aromatic stuff); last 3 are Blackberry Bourbon (made with 9 Bhuts, a lot of Blackberries, stuff and Jim Beam Honey .... this one is hot!).  All made for immediate consumption.

We've consumed some of the Caribbean and the Jerk.  The Blackberry Bourbon really lights me up and I need to go a little lighter with it.   :hot:Next time I'll cut back on the number of Bhuts.
