plant Help Identifying Chilli plant

I brought these seeds believing they were Hinkelhatz, but they seem very different to that plant. Tall at 4-5ft, with sparse large leaves. The chillis themselves seems to be approx 8cm. I know it's hard to do from photos but does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Who did you buy seeds from? Can/did you contact them about this issue?

Your pix look like many other C. annuum peppers especially Thai. Other than that I haven't a clue.

Quick question, iphone or android?

I can't remember now who i brought them from, but most likly via Amazon, and from an old account (doing the Prime juggle). So they are not looking like Hinkelhatz then?

Also Android, if that's any help.

yes it could be a thai pepper. many thai plants have pods that grow upright but some grow hanging down. did you taste one yet? the heat level may give a clue. thai should be hotter than serrano.

Annuum of some sort.  Probably great in a salsa or blistered on the plancha and added to a burrito or fajitas.

They look like serranos to me. Looks very similar to my plant, along with the peppers.
I know there are multiple strains of Serrano I've never seen but the OP's pic has very pointed pods, see his pic below, so I'm not jumping up and down over your ID.... YMMV

Edit:

So I was looking for something but found below...Note the Serrano has a rounded point? Not the straight taper of OP's.

Here's some much better pictures, hopefully it will help. As mentioned they are curently 8-10cm in length and seem to still be growing. Thanks for all the help.

We know what the plant & pod look like. Wouldn't your time be better spent looking here?>GOOGLE Image Search.

Oddly confrontational, especially seeing the sub forum this has been posted in. I'm sure there are people here with a keener chilli eye then me. Hence the post. A image search brings up a lot of very similar looking Chillis to my eyes, and is what almost anyone would try before making a forum post.

Better quality photos, give more detail, more detail is more information.
