New to this forum and really, to hot sauce as a whole. I had an urge one day to make hot sauce, although I have not tried nearly as many as most people on this site. Just the basic, sometimes great and sometimes bad, grocery store sauces. I started with a habanero pineapple and a jalapeño lime, and now after a few batches of each I'm trying to perfect them both!
I am exploring more and more sauces and would love any recommendations you have as far as trying new ones, or any tips for making me own sauces at home!
