While reading what everybody is cooking on here, I keep seeing different pepper/salt combos mentioned, like peach ghost salt or reaper salt. My question is this just a combo of salt and pepper powder or a seasoning blend of different spices, or is the salt somehow infused with the pepper. Sorry for the rookie question but I'm interested in trying it. Thanks!
