Do you have fans on these plants?
.
That looks like a systemic failure.  Something is happening at a high level, that's affecting everything below it.  Common causes: compacted media, root pests, lack of transpiration, lack of light.
.
Can you please provide some more info on your grow room setup?

thanks for the reply, so the big fan i had on all the plants broken so only a small one is on them, the media is a little compact from the waterings but the water is its well drainage beside that i have a few Led lights not full sprectum still waiting for a well growing light but i think it has a big 50W Led and a bit smaller one with more smaller lights also spreded to help using ph balanced water feeding any second week, can it be the fan that got broken and the small fan may be too small? is lack of air can cause this much damage ?

What you are showing in your pics is a really common sight.  When plants aren't taking up nutrients properly - for whatever reason - the whole plant breaks down, and the symptoms mimic a whole range of issues.  Can the fan be the culprit?  Absolutely.  If the media is compacted, that's strike 2.  In fact, my first assumption was compacted media, but I wanted to let you tell the story, first.  Overwatering can also be the cause there, but it would have been happening for quite a while, to get to that point.
.
You can still save those plants, but you'll need to correct the air flow issue, first and foremost.  And you'll need a little patience.
.
If there's any way to drop the temp a few more degrees, that would be ideal, too.  It gets really hard for a plant to utilize ambient air, when the temperature is stifling.  If you are really serious about growing indoors, you may even want to consider a small air conditioning unit in your grow area.

thank you for your time, i dont think i over watering, i wait untill the soil get completly dry and i wait almost for their wilting trying not to get to the point when they wilt because i read they get hurt when they do so  just befor, then ones with the bigger pots bit harder they may left a little water at the bottom but i stick my fingers few inches into the soil to check they are dry, i will fix as quickly as i can the air flow and for the soild pot change could be a problem with the state of the plant isnt it ? or they will prefer to get fresh soil ?
