Ok no more tiny batches

Well tried to do small half pint batches because I was light on peppers this year my 1st batch of Brazilian starfish was about a half pint ferment 35 day ferment.

I added a couple tsp of my home made taco seasoning, juice of one lime, some brine which I'll never do again to salty actully used a potato to soak up some of the saltiness,And almost a whole bottle of water boiled it blended 4 times and this is what I came out with lol Its actully pretty good but alot of work for a half bottle!

Live and learn, every batch is a lesson. My first batch was too thick once it cooled and refused to leave the bottle. You'll get there, just keep at it my friend.
