Indian from Brisbane, Australia

G'day all.... yes, another guy from Brisbane.

But I hope I can contribute to this forum from an Indian's point of view.

I make a killer Tandoori BBQ and I have my own "Jangali Chili Sauce". Jangali is hindi for wild or crazy.
I also make an explosive chili paste which I call "The Turbanator". hehe :hell:

Welcome from Fort Worth, Texas....

glad to have an Indian representative here on the forum...are you by any chance from the Assam province (fingers crossed)?

I'm in Jindalee.

I'm the India type of Indian. But my family is from Fiji Islands.
That's why my chili paste is called "The Turbanator". Note the word "Turban" in the name.

gday Wobble - great sense of humour, you'll fit in nicely here - welcome from Sydney

Oh, Chilliman64, just read your signature and that reminds me, I also make my own Biltong, South African's version of jerky. I enjoy the hot ones.
