So I got my order of Defcon sauces and coincidentally it was pizza night tonight. And we know nothing goes better with pizza then wings (well, except beer)! Perfect opportunity to crack open the wing sauce and give it a taste!
My messy kitchen and wing prep:
Straight to Defcon 1 for me:
The wife's wings with a dry rub consisting of thyme, brown sugar, chipotle powder, paprika, salt and cracked black pepper (note the fresno's, those went on my pizza!):
Getting prepped for pizza - and yes I cheated and used bagged cheese... also used store bought crust. I was in a rush! I bought yeast, I plan to make my own pizza dough shortly!:
