Hello people,

I live in Waitsburg Wa, not far from Walla Walla (it's really a town and not just in the cartoons) I'm a garlic farmer that has been bitten by the pepper bug. Well sort of anyway..I don't know a good hot pepper :?: from a hole in the ground but I'm going to learn. I will read everything I can find before subjecting ya'll to a bunch of noob questions.

When you say you are a garlic farmer, what sort of yield are we talking about??
 
Welcome from Lake Constance, Germany! I'm a hardcore garlic user. My tsatsiki needs one complete bulb of garlic on one pound of curd cheese.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome from you pepper people. Yield, I have 15,600 garlic plants in the ground. Then there are 500 Grey Shallots. That's enough to do by hand.
