Grilled Cherry hot and Caribe Pepper toast

I grilled some Red Cherry hot peppers and Yellow (but they were greenish) Caribe peppers, then toasted some bread, put olive oil on the bread, then the grilled peppers on top, then drizzled with olive oil and a dash of sea salt. Really nice.

Enjoyed two of these as my wife just rolled her eyes....

I find if you remove their eyes at an early stage in the relationsship, they can't roll them later in the relationship.

Tasty pepper treat you've got there!
 
Looks good man, but for me, needs something, like goat cheese!

I'm sure goat cheese would be great but believe me it tasted just right with the olive oil and a bit of salt. My pants have been getting tight lately last thing I needed was cheese! ;)
