a couple meals

these are some wings I made in the cast iron skillet, they may not look the best but done in the skillet. so give some credit for this & the skillet looked like hell LOL, but they're getting seasoned well :hell:

- store bought wimpy wing sauce
- added habanero powder to the mixture
- butter
- also added some blairs chipotle after death sauce (it was a gift)

they were tasty & hot! to a point it made my night kinda hellish LOL

the next are some healthier meals
1st one

- limes to eat
- fried mung bean noodles (aka vermicelli - mung bean not rice style)
- fresh bean sprouts
- little red thai's
- green onion
- yellow bell
- carrots
- fresh ginger
- sauteed in small ammount of peanut oil & hot chile oil

2nd kinda the same as the 1st but added

- salad shrimp
- cashew nuts
- cilantro
- red thai's
- water chestnuts

the homemade wontons are filled with
- garden cream cheese
- minced shrimp
- green onion
- powder chile's
- & a couple other powder spice's
- water chestnuts

all this was sitting on top of the fried mung bean vermicelli

Mmmm, all of that looks fantastic. Now you have gone a made me all hungry.
Those bottom pics look fresh fresh fresh!
 
all of ya thanks for the complements.

nova - it was basically all fresh. except for the frozen salad shrimp, the dried chiles from last season, & water chestnuts.

TB - it was good rabbit food! just think of them as asian style salads.


breakfast today
eggs
pan fried spam
green onion
red bell
lemon drop chile powder & black pepper in the egg mixture
cilantro
cheese
added some hot sauce to it after the pic

spam is good! man you dont know what you're missing :D
nothing wrong with healthy, but I wouldnt label the eggs as real healthy, IMO.
