If your answer was "Impy's dinner" you'd be correct! Sometimes I make turkey burgers. Sometimes I make regular beef burgers. Tonight, I wondered what would happen if I combined ground turkey & ground beef. I got a half lb of each & mushed it all together (including the obligatory bits of 2 habs & a large jalapeno). I made it into 4 patties & threw it onto my skillet.
Looks good so far, right? Pretty much like normal burgers.

The taste & texture? It tastes & feels like I combined turkey & beef. Imagine that! Seriously, it's exactly how you'd imagine it. I can't even think of any other way to describe it. That might be partly because of this...
