Pepperfreak’s beautiful breakfast burrito inspired me for today’s breakfast burrito. Duck eggs, Spicy Italian Sausage, scallops, backed beans, red onion, shrimp, CaJohn’s Jolokia BBQ, Montazuma Brand Smokey Salt, and Dave’s Zesty Blend.
Here’s all the ingredients laid out:
First I cooked the sausage (after mixing in the Smokey Salt into the meat and during cooking I added more). Then lined the pan with butter. I mixed the duck eggs with CaJohn’s Jolokia BBQ (a decent amount but just enough to not make it really BBQ tasting, just a hint), then scrambled all the ingredients in the pan.
I threw some cheese on the burrito then the mixture on top of that, and then some Zesty Blend!
Wrap all that up and it’s consumption time!!!!
It was amazing! And the Khalua spiked with coffee went perfect with it. It was just hot enought to get a slight runny nose from.
