Mango Habanero Sauce

10 October 2018 - 11:49 AM

Was given 5 orange Habaneros and so did a quick sauce, no cooking and no fermenting, just add soak and blitz.

Orange Habaneros 5

Mangoes Dried organic 130gr

Pineapple frozen 60gr

Onion med.

Garlic 2 cloves

Turmeric root

Allspice 1tsp whole

Cloves 1tsp whole

salt 1tsp

ACV org 1 cup

water 1 cup

Mix Habaneros and spice in ACV, let it soak for a day.

Add water then add Mangoes and let soak for a day.

add the res then blitz, let marry for a week or so.

Tasted great as is :)

DF Kratky Experiment Glog

So here is my attempt. I mixed up some water with nuits by Future harvest three bottle mix. Transplanted my Aje lemon and then Oregano cutting into some rockwool. You dont add water you just let it go till its low then fill partially, the roots need oxygen so you dont top up.

Pumpkin Spice 2018

22 September 2018 - 01:58 PM

Nice start with this years batch. Grew these "Early Sweet Pie Pumpkins" very heavy and flesh about 3" thick.

Half went to my sauce the other for Soup cooking Now.

Give it a week to marry, allot of heat that stays on the tip of the tongue for a while, so probably going to get allot hotter.
