Calabrese Cherry Pepper.  Nice, thick walled pepper.  Hot but but not so hot you can only eat one.

+1 on starting w/ a tree.  Cuttings can take a few years to start producing fruit.

These just fell off one of my trees today.  It's not a Chicago Hardy but I'm told it's a similar variety so it should do well up north.

I can set an airlayer if you want, just send me a PM.

Could be slugs.  You can make a simple trap w/ beer (just google slugs & beer) and possibly avoid the pesticides.

#1560544 Vodka... what's your choice.

Posted by sobelri on 16 June 2018 - 09:52 PM

"A bottle of fancy vodka, like Grey Goose, costs about $35. A bottle of the cheap stuff can be under $10. That's a wide range, but, by definition, vodka is colorless, odorless, and tasteless. So, could there really be a difference between vodkas? Or is the difference all in the marketing?"

Looking good, sobelri! Any kind of seasoning / marinade / sauce on those?
Either way, they're cooked to perfection. Great color!

Thanks.   Simple marinade of fish sauce, sugar, garlic, kung pao peppers and water.  Finish w/ fresh cracked pepper, cilantro and green onions.
