Usta see a lot of these in Panama, where the street vendors would cook mystery meat on a stick. Pretty good stuff, someone should make a grill out of an 18 wheeler tire hehe:

Pizza shaker topping

About 20 years back, I remember papa john's having a pizza topping that you would sprinkle on much like the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. This one contained a blend of those along with some Italian herbs. It would be cool if someone could make a hotter than normal version of that and distribute to the pizza chains. Perhaps get more people interested in the pepper/flavor craft. Perhaps an untapped market waiting to happen.

Generating pocket change on the farm

Was thinking about how nice it would be to visit a farm like Aj's and was wondering if there might be a market to invite folks once a week or perhaps once a month to visit a farm to see how it is run and to pick a few peppers. Make it like a family type outing. What other ways are there to generate some extra coin? Maybe teach a class on pepper growing/production.
