    Makes 6 servings
    3 chicken breasts
    1 egg
1/4 cup roasted red pepper (finely chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
    1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
    1/4 cup mayo
    2 TBSP olive oil
4 TBSP Pallotta Hot Original Pepper Sauce

Once the chicken is done, shred the breasts using a fork and let sit to cool.

Cover patties in panko bread crumbs.
Add a little bit of olive oil to a frying pan and place the patties in the pan. Cook until each side is brown and crispy
While patties are cooking, in another bowl, mix together the mayo and the PH Original Pepper Sauce to top the patties with
Once patties and PH mayo sauce is done, place patties over a bed of baby spinach (add wild rice for a nicer dish) and drizzle the PH mayo sauce over the top of the patties, and serve
*Increase or decrease the amount of PH Original Pepper Sauce you would like to mix with the mayo depending upon how much heat you like.
