quote YAMracer754:
Looks like multiple deficiencies or perhaps lockout but looks to me is lacking in sulfur or nitrogen/or both

Looks like it lost all of its oldest/ lower leaves.
Look at the new shoot starting at the base, its lowest leaves have the same symptom: brown tips.
Also, the remaining top leaves are puffy and yellow from overwatering.
Too hot? Move it to shade or filtered light instead of extra watering.

Sounds good Ill move it to a more shady area and water less.

Should I put fish fert in it? What dilution or full? Epsom also?

The potting mix is just store brand. Should I repot without the chicken?

I have some fish fert available as well as epsom.

So youre saying I should try to spray some epsom on the leaves? Fish fert necessary?

Also about the watering, I tried to let the soil dry a bit for a few days but the leaves wilted after 4 days. I watered it and the next day it came back up.

moving to partial shade couldn't hurt if the sun's really hammering on it.

soil looks pretty moist, i wonder if it could be overwatering

I just watered it :)

I had actually considered it was overwatering but i let it dry for 4 days and when i came back the leaves were limp. I watered it and it went straight back up. I think its too hot recently and I have to water it every other day.

Ill move to partial shade and re- evaluate. Thank you

i'm new to this too, so hopefully others can chime in, but could it be that it's not hardened off? maybe it's not used to getting full sun, and it's stressed. if that's the case, move it to partial shade. or full shade + a couple hours of full sun daily until it recovers.

Hello!

Thats what i thought but its been growing in an outdoor nursery before I brought it home and even then, its been in full sun for 2.5 weeks. Does it still need to adjust? I take it out of the sun after 10hrs.
