Biography
My girlfriend and I started Heartbreaking Dawns in spring 2008. We wanted to create sauces that use natural hand selected ingredients to balance intense flavor with intense heat. Our goal has been to create sauces that the fiery foods lover can use in the kitchen, and incorporate into a recipe as opposed to one that only comes out to dare a friend to eat some. I think we have done just that.....

Spicy Shrimp Ceviche....with an asian flare....
1lb medium peeled shirmp (soaked overnigh in lime juice)
dice the following:
2 mandarin oranges
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1-2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 white onion
1 garlic clove
mix with the strained shrimp
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs vinegar
salt and pepper
2 tbs Jalapeno Pineapple Hot Sauce....
