  Pork Loin Roast
  Fatalii Puree (I've used CaJohn's and AJ's)
  Garlic Salt
  Rosemary Leaves
  
  Brush Fatalii puree onto roast, sprinkle on some garlic salt, and a generous sprinkling of crushed Rosemary leaves. Roast uncovered at 350F until thermometer inserted in center reads 155F. Remove from oven, cover with a loose foil tent 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
