    That happened the first time I tried to post, too. I can't remember what I did (if anything!) to make it work. I know I double-checked my settings and profile. I also know the first time I was messing up, because the labels on the buttons made me think I had to do something different. I'll walk through a post, then come back and let you know the steps I took.

    The steps I took to create a posting in the Welcome thread:
    >From the home page, click Welcome! to enter that forum.
    >You should get a button "Start New Topic" on the right - click it.
    >When the Posting page appears, enter a Topic Title, then the content of your Topic.
    >Click the Post New Topic button when you're done.
