I'm gonna need something stronger than pumpkin spice to match my habanero shower gel. What else have you got?

Room temperature is officially 25°C - Something you learn very early on in your lab work.

Nope, it just makes them agro~ just like the rest of us. The COLD weather will eventually get rid of them. It seems to go in cycles. We have several years of moderate yellowjacket/wasp/hornet problems and for whatever reason, there is a really bad year. We have traps to set out and usually it takes 3-4 weeks to get full of YJ. Last week, they were 1/3 full in 24 hours. Some job sites out in the woods are literally un-workable.

Yeah, they're pretty bad, not as bad as I have seen but they act drunk in the smoke so they're easy to kill. Those little stink bugs tho... They are driving me batshit crazy. I have never seen them like this before. 20 of them on each window. They are the size of an apple seed and stink to high heaven when you touch them, er.. swat them off of your arm. Our AQI is much better, 50-75 for the last couple days, 167 right now. Better than the 400's!!!

August 1988 was 30 years ago. I was smokin weed, drinking beer and doing burnouts at Golden Gardens park with 500 of my closest friends before I went to work at Anthony's Home Port restaurant. Man, I miss the 80's.

Married, had 2 kids and divorced in the 80's. A decade I'm happy not to repeat. Sent myself on a cruise in 1990 to celebrate.

Fire up Twisp River, 21 miles away from Twisp, went from 250 acres to 4,500 acres in 24 hours. They have 98 personnel on it so we should be ok. pffft

Whenever I eat M&Ms, I like to hold two M&M's in between my fingers and squeeze as hard as I can until one M&M cracks. I eat the cracked one, and the one that didn't crack becomes the champion. Then I grab the another M&M and force it to compete with the champion in this deadly game of M&M gladiators. I do this until I run out of M&M's, and when there is only one M&M left standing, I send a letter to M&M's with the champion M&M in it with a...

Sad loss, that was one funny dude. My favorite from him: A man shows a picture and says "here's a picture of me when I was younger." Hedburg "Isn't every picture of you when you were younger?"

Be sure to thank a CO2-hater for those fires. Remind them that CO2 is food for plants. Let them know that plants open their stomata for shorter periods of time when CO2 is plentiful, leading to less water loss. In turn, the plants draw less water from the soil yet increase in growth and production. Moister soil = more plant life = fewer fires. Real facts, not opinions.

Glad y'all are safe and hope it stays that way.
