My name is Rich I grew up and live in Florida. I have a background in horticulture and once owned a wholesale nursery and landscape business with my brother but as family businesses go things did not work out and I changed careers and have been working as a paramedic for over 20 years. For fun and to destress I have been growing peppers and have been woking on a BBQ Dry Rub "Krazy Medic's Sweet n' Spicy BBQ Rub" The rub has 26 different spices and from the test batches that I have given to friends the taste test results have been favorable. Everyone that I have given it to wants more. I am currently working on a hot version of the rub once I harvest and dry the Trinidad Scorpions & Ghost Chili's that I am currently growing. I am aslo working on my first hot sauce which will be Datil Pepper Based, the test batch of sauce has been a hit so far especially since my dad (who doesn't like hot sauce) now uses it like ketchup (I have to lock up my stock when he comes by or the bottles disappear).
