About Me

I think it all began when I was about five years old in sunny south Florida and began to sneak into my parent’s dry storage when they were watching TV. My ultimate goal was that little 2oz. bottle of Tabasco brand original sauce. I was always told to stay away from the hot sauce, but the thought of not being able to have it intrigued me more. And when the time was right I would sneak in the pantry, tap that bottle into a teaspoon, and enjoy the flavor along with the pain that I could not understand. From that time on I knew I was hooked on hot sauce. In the past 10 years I have become a full on Chile-Head, and eat most foods with a hot sauce by my side. In fact over the past few years I do not really enjoy any food without some form of Capsaicin. I currently have a good size hot sauce collection which I display numbering in the 150 bottles+. Some of my prized collectibles have to be my full Blair’s 2am- 16Million reserve line; Dave’s signed Reserves, Defon Reserve Batch’s, and many more. Currently I’m a Chef, love to cook, and have a Computer Engineering Degree. Latest hobbies are growing hot chile peppers and creating new hot sauce recipes. I’m a Chile-Head my nature, design, and existence, and always try to push the envelope on what my body can take. Which results in how euphoric I can get the next Chile high, and release those raging endorphins too.
