  1/2 tsp Chili powder (I like to use the douglah)
  I basically do a dry rub with the seasonings... I like alot!
  Meat should be at room temperature 1-2 hours, seasoned.
  Turn oven to 450, preheat.
  Roast prime rib for 30 minutes with the fat side up; turn off oven. Do not open door for 6-7 hours!
  Turn oven on at 450 and roast for 30 minutes before serving. Roast will be perfect medium-rare
