    Sous Vide Pulled Pork

    2lbs pork shoulder meat removed from the bone
    1tbs light brown sugar
    1tsp anise seed
    1tsp garlic powder
    2tsp kosher salt
    1tsp meyer lemon peel
    2 slices of bacon
    How: Bag all ingredients and cook at 175F for 12 hours. Remove and discard bacon. Strain and reserve bag liquid. Finish on a cast iron
