Warehouse distributor/aspiring hot sauce maker
Gardening, reading, biking, church, hot sauce, and photography.
I started loving hot peppers and hot sauce after going to a party. There, a guy pulled out a bottle of hot sauce wrapped in two layers of aluminum foil and sealed in a zip lock bag. He put a few drops on pieces of chicken and dared people to try it. I did, and suffered for an hour or more drooling, feeling sick, and hating life. Other people threw up. The worst part was that it tasted like chemicals. I felt like someone should make a hot sauce that had heat and flavor, so I pointed at myself and started playing around with it. That was in 2006. Now, I am about to come out with my own line of hot sauces and have 3 different kinds with 3 distinct flavors and heat levels. Any help/advice from other forum members would be greatly appreciated.
I can juggle and do magic tricks.
