Last Dab Reduxx sauce

Hi All.

I just ordered a bottle of Last Dab knowing it is 3300000 Scovilles, and should last me for a while. How is it? Is flavor there or just pure fire? Should I save it for later or eat it up?

Habanero Orange Sauce

Just finished a little batch (5 btls) of an experiment cooked sauce.

Made of:

Habaneros, whole, with stems
Fresh orange, with zest
Vinegars (apple cider, distilled, red wine)
Carrots
Onions
Lemon juice
Water
Coriander, dried
Salt

It is a cooked, filtered sauce with a good amount of heat (before filtering at least). Truly quick & home style %) Skinned the orange and discarded most of white.

pH was 4.3 at bottling, yet I didnt want to add more acid for flavor safety.

Hi All!

Look what I got yesterday!
Heinz Sriracha Ketchup %)

Very sweet and pretty garlicky sauce.
Mild and inoffensive. According to the label
it has zero sodium, but I can taste it well ;-)
Funny stuff.
