new on here, been bottling sauce for years and now moved to new property with 10x the pepper production and looking for ideas to small vendor it. florida doesn't allow it under cottage law, so i'm checking on mobile food vendor trucks. just a pipedream.

One of the malls here has an area that they set up like a separate store section but local craft/food producers can rent space to display and sell their products. I'm unsure if they take any commission beyond the space rental but they handle all of the sales so you don't even have to be there. Welcome and good luck!

Seems like a fun side gig as i am retiring next year. I'd like to have it be similar to a cold stone icecream store. pick your plain base flavor and then add things (like honey, random spices, powedered bacon, etc.) to customize it. Havent seen that sort of diy stand, could also do similar for bbq sauces. just an idea, looking at food truck permiting now, not sure how its gonna go.
