This is my 3rd year both growing hot peppers and following THP. Seeds came first (from a colleague's wife in Thailand), THP came second (to learn what to do with the seeds of course) and I have been doing both pretty regularly ever since. Each year adds more learning, more flavor, more heat, and more fun. And each year I am thankful that THP is here to guide me.

All peppers (and all other plants for that matter) are grown on our family land using soil, water from the rain or the ponds, and sun. No chemicals enter the property. Problems are dealt with creatively and sustainably.
