So I've been growing peppers and other plants for several years now and this year I'm thinking about expanding my use of fertilizers. I only ever use cow manure and nothing else as fertilizer though I'm willing to open up to new ones as my plants aren't doing all that great.

Last year my grow was a complete bust. I started the season late because of too many things going on early on in the year so I had to go to my local Lowes and buy some peppers and tomatoes. I had heard good things about Bonnie brand plants so I bought about 25 pepper plants and 5 tomato plants...
So I tried the soapy water thing and they were all back on the plant within several hours. I'm not one to use chemicals and such unless they are needed, but the stinkbugs are starting to move onto my new peppers, tomatoes, and other plants so I feel like chemicals are needed in this case. This...
How exactly would I go about removing all these bugs? Never really had an infestation other than aphids.
Soapy water? What type of soap? How much soap in the water?
Don't know how I didn't notice this before but the plant is infested with these little bugs. Went to the back of the plant, the part that is out of direct view and found a lot more of these bugs, big and small. Here are some pics
I don't have any tomatoes planted, no, but I did buy a couple tomato plants a couple days ago and put them in my greenhouse don't think that's relevant though because my hab has been losing leaves for a little over a week now.
My habanero plant has been getting attacked by something and losing a lot of its leaves i took a closer look today and found these weird bugs everywhere, what are these bugs and could they be the cause of the leaf loss problem?
