Hi-mountain seasoning kit for summer sausage & Cracked Black Pepper & Garlic. Blend together, follow directions,add your own touches (Your favorite peppers, dry mustard, mustard seeds and etc. according to your taste) and put on smoker using fruit wood--apple, maple, cherry or hickory, mesquite, oak or pecan. Smoke 4-5 hrs. Comes out pretty good according to my friends.
