Hi all, I'm having fun with a new pressure canner, mostly canning Jals in less vinegar, tomatoes, soups etc. Do any of you have a tried an tested recipe for a chilli sauce I can pressure can?

Great to hear your Pink Tiger experiences, I will continue to be as patient as I can! Trident, great to see your pic with isolation tent, trying like mad here to bag as many unopened flowers as I can before autumn sets in.  

Ahhhhhhhhh not just me that's waiting then! hope the pods are going to be worth the wait!! 

How's yours doing? I'm growing over 200 varieties this year, all podding well, but the one pod I want to see the most is keeping me waiting! If it normal to have to wait so long for a Pink Tiger pod!? last time I looked there weren't even any flowers and the plants are waist high! 

Should have been milk! I think the bar run out of milk after this!

Hi chilli lovers!    I'm organising a chilli fest in Orgiva, Spain, on the 22nd August. I kinda grow in frames use bags. The frames are (see later in the video) temporary cane structures with fine tulle draped over and weighted down. A welder mate is making me a more permanent structure and I'll be using more hardcore mozzie screening (It would be a disaster area if I got my hands...
