- I'm an amateur but I love hot peppers, sauces, chili... you name it. I have a bit of a green thumb but limited space so I grow enough peppers each year to play around with. In a perfect world I would develop the best hot sauce the world has ever seen... a sauce so magnificent that it would be likened to tasting true love and a religious experience simultaneously.
