    BIG NOTE: i havent eaten all of those sauces, but i have eaten the first and dave's original insanity... and with the description of the ingredients i beleive that those will be hotter than the ones i have tried... and maybe they would include the sauces defcon 2 and 3!

    the restaurants that are "hot!" need to wake up, and make "melinda's original habanero" their mild, dave's original insanity their medium, cajohh's scorch hot, and sauce 10 their hot hot hot! sorry defcon, your sauces would probably even still be considered unsafe :P lol jk, maybe waiver-only...

    it's getting harder for ME to get a cap fix! i picked up some dave's insanity... it wasn't as hot as i wanted... i also got some "melinda's habanero 2007 reserve" this stuff is great! it tasted just like tabasco when i very first tasted it! , but maybe with a little hint of lime or ???

    hey, if you don't know what i'm talking about then guess what!!! defcon creator once put 16 million reserve into an ultrasonic cleaner to break it up, then proceeded to put the reserve into a small batch of defcon zero, needless to say he is saving it for a party when someone won't leave!!! :P

    i just learned tat they use acetonitrile to extract peppers... BLEH!!! maybe THAT'S what makes them taste so bad!!! i heard that there's a flavorless extract called habanera 750? has anyone tried this or know someone who has? because if it really has no flavor then thats an impressive feat!

    Chilli concentrate?

    i'm only guessing that if you dry the habs/chinenses then grind into a really fine powder, and add vinegar you might not need the extra salt and sugar??? please correct me if i'm wrong
