Biography: I enjoy creating things and that's why I feel like I might be able to go somewhere growing these hot peppers. I believe that if anyone puts their mind to something that anything can be achieved. Hopefully one day I will be able to market a hot sauce that I will be able to make some profit off of and meet some interesting people along the way. I would like to enter the hot sauce competition in Louisiana sometime in my future.

I like to exercise and stay healthy, I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, so that makes me feel really good.

I try to learn something new every day and teach the people around me something new as well. It may get old/boring/annoying, but still I love my family and I want to keep things interesting.

I really like to cook, and I love learning new recipes. I make cheesecakes and I have made some very interesting ones. Oreo, fudge brownie bottom chocolate peanutbutter cup cheese cake, strawberry with chocolate fudge topping. oreo cheese cake and chocolate turtle cheesecakes... this is starting to sound like the shrimping business from Forest Gump. but yes I love to cook.
