Biography

40, tall, strikingly handsome, enjoy short walks on the beach (as long as they end up at a bar). Owner, CEO, CFO, Pres., Executive Chef, Cook, Waiter, Busboy and Cashier for my own Hot dog cart, catering and chili supply company.

Got a wife, Tara (who is obviously warped to have been with me for the past 20 years) and two wonderful children Little Chili Man (Jake) 5 1/2 and Little Chili Girl (Helena) 20 months. More than I possibly could ever deserve.

Love to make chili, laugh at everything and hopefully send at least one person to bed at night having made their day a little brighter.

Also been a comedian and actor, restaurant manager, beer and wine sales rep (like letting the lunatics run the asylum), carpenters assistant and a slew of other careers.
