My name is Bob Bejblik. I have a horticulture degree, and work at a local farm and greenhouse. I grow several varieties of hot peppers at home. I dry peppers in my oven, grind them in to flakey powders, and store them in jars. I also enjoy fresh hot peppers while they are in season!
