I have raced bicycles since 1980, love to cook and fish. I have been in a few BBQ cookoffs and a couple of chili cookoffs. Very informal though. Lately I have gotten hooked on HOT peppers and would like to grow them well so I can make some special sauce for my BBQ ribs and pulled pork.
