I'll note that the bottles only need to be inverted for 2 minutes and then I can flip them - I'll do it that way from now on.
When I fill the bottles I've been doing 3 at a time to make sure the sauce is still hot when capped and inverted.

Yeah, one batch I left inverted to cool (overnight) and the other I left for ~1 hour or so before turning right side up.
There might be a slight vacuum, but whenever I did the BWB the plastisol liner would be stuck to the drip inserts and make a very noticeable sound when opening a bottle.
