Please help. Do not know whats wrong with my pepper tree think its ghost peppers

Hi Im new to pepper growing. I currently have a ghost pepper plant i think would love if anyone can confirm. a green chilli plant and Orange harbenero seedlings. I have a issue with the ghost pepper plant and need some advice.
