Frozen seeds should still germinate. looking your picture, the soil seems soggy, maybe your soil mix isn't good? i started them in root riot cubes, they seem to have changed the mix because germination was really bad this year with same conditions than every other year, 8 sprouts so far from...

Im in, if we could choose a variety from superhotchiles.com or any other online store shipping almost worldwide it would be great and easier. My choice of pepper would be aji dulce or lemon starrburst (should be more or less stable no?).
