Salmon fillets with chocolate habanero
Put salmon on a foiled baking sheet and arrange chopped hab rings on filet peel and crush garlic add to melted butter Add chopped chives to butter.
Drizzle on top of salmon. Sprinkle with cilantro and squeeze lemon juice on the fish. Wrap foil up and pop it on the bbq or Broil in oven for 10-25 depending on the size of the filet and the texture you prefer. it cooks fast in my experince.
Delicous the smoky flavor of the chocolate hab compliments the salmon nicely
