Dragonlady

Biography: I've been a chile-head since I was a child. I can never get enough spice. I eat habaneros like popcorn chicken, and get very euphoric after a good spicy meal that makes me sweat and my nose run.
I've recently become more intimate with foods since becoming a chef. I have a few ideas for some exotic salsas (A couple are based on chemical interactivity between ingredients)But for now, it's all theoretical.(Not for long, though) I'll keep results posted.
